Haydin turns TWO

Above is Haydi's party in short.

It was a very last minute party, but looks like I slaved over it for weeks. 

I'm lucky to have a sister in law who crafts like Martha Stewart, to lend me some decorations. 

Otherwise we got some good old Mexican food, big and small balloons, and a bounce house. 

It was perfect my sweet little 2 year old. 

The cake was amazing. My favorite part of the party. 

Oh yes and how could I not get a pinata for my little Cinco De Mayo baby. 

This one loves to Dance. This was her post bday celebratory shuffle.

This little one isn't so little anymore is she? Where does the time go? And if only I could have those eyes.

Little G

This little girl is so amazing just like her sister Ella. I photographed Ella a few times when she was an infant, and now I'm lucky enough to come back and do another session with the two of them. These sweet girls are so special, I am amazed at how good natured they are. Gemma was so fun and happy which was remarkable considering she was recovering from eye surgery. I love working with great families, it's one of the many wonderful perks of the job.

Love in the Orchard

I'm just about done with this wedding. I have never taken so many pictures!! I'm sorry it's taken me so long Morgan! Pictures are coming soon. These are just a few from our shoot in the field right after they were sealed in the temple. I love all these pictures. Congratulations you two.

L + A = baby on the way

I've known Lauren for as long as she has been alive. Our parents have been friends since long before we were even born. So in a way we grew up together. Now we are both married and working on families of our own. She is married to an awesome guy who is a hero in so many ways. Not to mention he has a purple heart from the Army and has some serious scars to show for it. They have already delivered their special little boy and have been loving him up. I'm so proud of Lauren and all that she has accomplished. Congratulations you two.

Down to the Harbor

I love love loved this shoot.  

Every year we try to come up with something "different".

Reny totally nailed it. 

They love the beach, and kayaking has become one of their favorite things to do. So we headed down to the harbor to where they keep their kayak and shot there. 

It couldn't have been more perfect or more beautiful. I loved all the colors and different backdrops. 

 These pictures are too cute of Mommy and Daughter.

There are so many pictures to choose from so I only picked a few. I love working with this family each year for their Christmas pictures. They always keep me on my feet, and Reny is so creative it makes it really fun.
